Fresh Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) fresh brisket
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. powdered sage
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    barbecue sauce
    liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix spices together and rub into meat.
    Pour liquid smoke over meat.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
    Pour off liquid.
    Cool. When ready to use, slice and pour barbecue sauce over all and reheat.
