Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
2 c. bread stuffing
1 onion, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook spinach and drain.
Mix spinach with remaining ingredients and mix well.
Form into small balls (teaspoon).
Put on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
If mixture is too thin, add a little more stuffing.
This can be frozen before or after cooking.
