Shrimp Or Crawfish Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp or crawfish
    1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 can Campbell's tomato soup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine (unflavored)
    1 c. mayo
Preparation
    Boil shrimp in crab boil bag; peel and chop, or chop fresh or frozen crawfish (thawed).
    Dilute gelatine in 1/4 cup water (mix and stir).
    In Magnalite, bring soup to a boil.
    Remove from fire. Add cream cheese and gelatine mix.
    Let cool.
    Add celery, onion, mayo and meat.
    (Add red pepper and salt if not boiling in seasoning bag.)
    Spray mold with Pam.
    Pour in mold.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve on tray with decorated lettuce.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
