Minted Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. or a few drops mint (or mint oil)
    5 to 6 carrots, cut in strips, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Combine butter, honey and mint.
    Heat and add butter; continue heat until melted.
    Add hot carrots.
    Heat and stir occasionally until glazed.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
