Microwave Bacon-And-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    6 large eggs
    5 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. can Cheddar cheese sauce, undiluted
    2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place bacon in 9-inch glass plate.
    Cook on High for 3 minutes.
    Drain off fat, reserving 1 tablespoon of fat.
    Stir pepper and mushrooms into bacon.
    Cook over High 3 minutes.
