Chile-Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot pepper cheese, grated
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
    6 eggs, beaten well
Preparation
    Mix together the cheeses.
    Sprinkle half of the cheeses into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Layer the green chilies over the cheese.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Pour beaten eggs over the top and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Let stand for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares to serve.
    Can be served at room temperature.
