Country Fresh Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh broccoli buds
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Combine broccoli, cheese, bacon and onion.
Toss together and then set aside.
In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Blend into broccoli mixture until evenly coated.
Garnish with more cheese and bacon, if desired.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
