Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. unsifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. blueberries, coated with flour (shake off excess)
    2 tsp. sugar (for top)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time and mix well until blended.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk and vanilla.
    Add blueberries and fold in by hand.
    Using cupcake liners, pile mix 3/4 full into each muffin cup.
    Sprinkle sugar over top.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
