Jack'S Jello Cream Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box Jell-O (flavor optional)
    6 to 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Mix gelatin in boiling water (1 cup per 3 ounce package). Stir completely until dissolved (about 3 minutes).
    Scoop in vanilla ice cream and stir mixture until diluted and creamy looking.
    Pour mixture into individual containers or serving bowls.
    Freeze about 1/2 hour, then place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours; serve.
