Lamb Kebobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lamb chunks
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 squeezed lime
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 large bay leaf, crumbled
Preparation
-
Marinate lamb chunks in rest of ingredients for four hours or more. Skewer chunks onto bamboo skewers and bake over charcoal for 15 minutes.
