Banana Yogurt Pecan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. mashed bananas
1 container fruit yogurt (your favorite)
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer.
Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Stir well.
Combine eggs, bananas and yogurt; stir well.
Add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with banana mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Mix until blended after each addition.
Stir in pecans.
