Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large onions, sliced thin
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Saute the sliced onions in the margarine until tender.
    Layer in casserole dish:
    1/2 onion mixture, 1 cup grated cheese, 1/2 can soup and 1/2 stack Ritz crackers (crushed).
    Repeat layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until crackers are brown.
