Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream margarine until soft.
Blend sugar until creamy.
Add vanilla; stir in flour and pecans.
Roll dough into small balls and place on well-greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Roll puffs in powdered sugar while hot and again when cold.
