Spiced Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. apple cider (8 c.)
    1/2 c. fresh, sweet orange juice
    2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    8 whole sticks cinnamon
    fresh, unpeeled apples slices
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except cinnamon sticks and apple slices in a large saucepan.
    Heat until cider starts to bubble, but do not boil. Pour into mugs and garnish with cinnamon sticks and apple slices.
    Serves 8.
