Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1/2 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    salt
    pepper
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender and mash slightly.
    Mix together with first 5 ingredients.
    Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in greased casserole for 40 minutes or until crumbs are browned and center is firm.
