Vegetable Soup (No Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can V-8 juice
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 can corn with juice
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 large onion, sliced
1 can green beans with juice
1 bag frozen green beans
Preparation

Add onion and celery to V-8 juice.
Cook until tender.
Add other vegetables.
Cook to desired consistency.
Add any seasonings you prefer, like thyme, oregano or basil.
Very good by itself. Great in the cold months.
Very easy to make.
You can add any vegetable that has little or no fat content.
