Pumpkin Pie Filling Or Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. nonfat or skim milk
2 egg whites
Preparation

Beat egg whites with sugar.
Add the milk; mix well with pumpkin.
Add spices and pour into an 8-inch pie pan for custard or 8-inch pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
