Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup margarine, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Stir well.
    Spoon into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Mix 1/4 cup margarine with crumbs.
    Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
