Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round beef
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 c. plain uncooked oats
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 or 2 tsp. salt or seasoned salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 small or 1 large can tomato puree
Preparation
    Mix well with hands.
    Mold into 1 large or 2 small loaves. Cover with tomato ketchup and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Will serve 6 people.
