Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz. or 9-inch)
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel, vanilla and eggs.
    Pour into ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
    Cool; refrigerate at least 3 hours.
    Garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices.
    Makes 8 servings.
