Ingredients

2 egg whites (room temperature)
2/3 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
vanilla to taste (1/2 tsp.)
Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add sugar and salt gradually. Beat until eggs form stiff peaks.
Fold in nuts and chips. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place cookies by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Turn oven off.
Place cookies in oven and leave for 4 hours.
