Healthy Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. skim milk
Preparation

Beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Gradually fold in sugar, then fold in oats and vanilla. Moisten with the milk. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
