Apple Rice Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, cooled rice
    3 Red Delicious apples, cored and chopped
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. salad dressing
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine rice, apples, cabbage and carrots; set aside. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over slaw. Toss and chill until ready to serve.
