Roast Red Bell Pepper Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large red bell peppers, roasted and peeled
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 cups half-and-half
2 cups chicken broth
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash hot pepper sauce
Preparation

In blender or food processor, puree bell peppers.
In large saucepan, melt butter.
Stir in flour; then stir in half-and-half and chicken broth.
Cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Stir in bell pepper puree, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
Simmer and serve.
Serves 4.
