Cream Cheese Coffeecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Cream together the oleo, cream cheese and sugar.
Blend eggs and vanilla.
Sift together the flour, baking powder and soda. Add creamed mixture to eggs and vanilla.
Add sifted mixture alternately with milk to creamed mixture, beating until smooth. Put into a greased and floured 10-inch pie pan or a 9 x 13-inch pan.
