Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/3 c. mashed bananas
    1 tbsp. milk
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine, vanilla and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy.
    Beat in eggs.
    Combine bananas and milk in bowl.
    Mix flour, soda and salt.
    Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with banana mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in 350-degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until bread tests done.
    Cool for 10 minutes in pan.
    Turn out of pan; cool completely.
    Yield: 1 loaf.
