Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 small can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, drained
Preparation
    Blend oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add carrots, nuts and pineapple.
    Bake in 3 layers for 30 to 35
    minutes at 350\u00b0.
