Cold Lemon Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
14 oz. lemon-lime carbonated drink
juice of 1 lemon
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 lemon rind, grated
2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Pour water over gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Add drink and lemon rind and juice.
Chill until slightly thick; beat until foamy.
Fold in whipped cream and chill until firm.
Top with fresh strawberries or raspberries if desired.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
