Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 stalks celery, cut thin
    1/2 large green pepper, diced
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can (1 lb. 12 oz.) tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 can chopped olives
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet, stirring to break up.
    Drain fat off meat and transfer to 2-quart casserole.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese, to meat.
    Mix lightly.
    Cover and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Uncover and spread cheese over top.
    Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
