Pineapple Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

yellow cake mix
1/3 c. oil
2 or 3 eggs
water
ready-made cream cheese frosting
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Prepare cake as directed on the package.
Let cool.
Pierce top of each layer with a fork.
Spoon crushed pineapple on each layer, spreading bottom layer also with cream cheese frosting. Place cake in refrigerator overnight.
