Dried Fruit Cordials - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried apricots
    1 bottle (3 1/2 c.) Chablis
    12 c. apricot brandy
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    This needs to be made 6 weeks before needed.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Put in glass container.
    Cover tightly. Set aside 1 week at room temperature.
    Stir once daily for the first 3 to 4 days.
