Chocolate Mint Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) or 1 1/2 c. Toll House mint flavored chocolate morsels, divided
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Set aside.
    Over hot water (not boiling), melt 1 cup morsels.
    Stir until smooth. In bowl, beat butter and sugar until smooth.
    Add melted morsels and vanilla.
    Beat in eggs.
    Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in remaining mint morsels.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 after shaping dough into 1 inch balls and rolling in powdered sugar.
    Bake on ungreased sheet for 10 to 12 minutes.
