Halloween Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 lb.) pumpkin
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 minced garlic
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can pitted black olives, chopped
    1 can kidney beans
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    4 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Cut top from pumpkin and clean out.
    Brown beef and onion. Add green pepper and garlic.
    Cook 1 minute longer.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into pumpkin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Do not parboil pumpkin or brush outside with oil.
    Cook with top off.
