Ham And Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 small onion, chopped
 
4 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into strips
1/2 lb. ham, thinly sliced
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 frozen 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
- 
                            Saute onion.
 
Beginning with cheese, alternate layers of cheese and ham in pie shell.
Beat the 2 eggs with the sour cream; add onion and pour over pie.
Bake for 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Cool in oven 15 minutes before cutting.
