Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil sugar, water, syrup and salt together until it spins a heavy thread or forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Beat egg whites stiff and pour syrup over whites.
Beat until cooled.
Add 2 tablespoons xxxx sugar.
