Thai Fruited Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
cold, cooked rice (6 c. or so)
1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
2 or 3 green onions, slivered
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 mango, diced
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed (optional)
Preparation

Stir-fry in 2 tablespoons of oil.
Toss in wok while cooking. Can keep warm in low oven.
Good served with chicken, pork or fish.
