Chicken A La Johanna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 c. rice (not instant)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    chicken, legs or thighs (may be with or without skin; use numerous)
Preparation
    On bottom of greased 9 x 12-inch pan place 1 cup uncooked rice.
    Shake onion soup package and pour 1/2 over rice.
    Lay chicken over rice.
    Sprinkle other 1/2 of onion soup mix over chicken.
    Mix mushroom soup with water and soy sauce and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 320\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
