Fat-Free Chicken Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Minute instant brown rice, prepared
1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1 large red apple, diced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. (12 oz.) diced, cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 c. seedless green grapes
Preparation

Prepare rice as directed on package.
Mix in mayonnaise.
Mix apple with lemon juice.
Stir into rice mixture with remaining ingredients.
Chill.
Makes 6 servings.
