Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 thin sliced cucumbers
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 sweet onion, chopped
2 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix vegetables carefully.
Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours.
Keeps up to three weeks.
