Chinese Chicken With Spaghetti(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. spaghetti
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut in strips
6 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. chipped green onions
3 Tbsp. lo-cal margarine
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
Drain. In a large skillet cook chicken, mushrooms and onions in margarine until chicken is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Meanwhile, stir together water, bouillon and cornstarch.
Add to chicken mixture along with cooked spaghetti and remaining ingredients; mix well. Heat through.
Serve with additional soy sauce if desired.
