Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together sugars, peanut butter and margarine.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Stir in flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Shape dough into rolls, 1 1/2 x 6-inches.
    Dough can be frozen or kept in the refrigerator for several days.
    When ready to bake, slice thin and put on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
