Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Crisco oil
    3 bananas, mashed
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, vanilla and oil.
    Add bananas and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    If batter seems too dry, add a little milk.
