German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 lb. bacon
    7 tsp. flour
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 small onion, diced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook, peel and slice potatoes.
    Cut bacon in small pieces and fry with onion.
    Add flour to bacon and onion.
    In small bowl mix water, sugar and vinegar.
    Add this to bacon; stir, will thicken. Pour bacon mixture over potatoes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
