Fried Zucchini Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Romano cheese
    salt and pepper
    shake of garlic salt
    flour to thicken (will be too thick, add little water to make runny, so batter will stay on zucchini slices)
Preparation
    Fry in Crisco and brown on both sides until crisp.
    Lay on paper-towel to drain.
    Soak slices of zucchini in salt to draw out excess liquid 2 hours before frying.
