Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 extra-large eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced zucchini
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Beat in sugar.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat well. Sift dry ingredients.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Add zucchini, nuts and raisins.
    Put in greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yield:
    Makes 2 loaves.
