Canned Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. water
1 c. carrots, chopped
2 c. butter beans
1 peck tomatoes (2 gal. peeled and cut up)
6 chopped onions (1 qt.)
2 pods chopped hot pepper (remove seeds)
4 pods chopped sweet pepper (remove seeds)
16 ears corn (3 pt.)
7 cubed potatoes (1 1/2 qt.)
1 qt. cut okra
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
5 Tbsp. plain salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large container, put over heat and bring to a boil.
Lower heat to medium and continue to boil for 30 minutes.
Stir to prevent sticking.
