Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    2 slices bread
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute hamburger meat until it is pink.
    Boil peeled and diced eggplant in a small amount of salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain and add rest of the ingredients.
    Put mixture in greased Corning dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
