Pecan Fudge Southern Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt.
    Heat over low heat, stirring until smooth.
    Spread into buttered 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Cool.
    Cut into squares.
