Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    coconut
Preparation
    Bring potatoes to a boil, drain juice.
    Add sugar and margarine, mixing well.
    Let cool, then form into egg size balls, roll in coconut.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until warm.
