Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes with jackets
    1 medium to large green pepper
    1 medium to large onion
    1 stick butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    1 slice bread
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    corn flakes
Preparation
    Dice and boil potatoes until fork-tender (do not overcook). Cut bread into cubes and chop green pepper and onion.
    Combine all in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
    Melt together Velveeta and butter.
    Pour on top, then top with crushed corn flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
